First workout postpartum.

I worked out yesterday for the first time since giving birth to Matthew. It felt fantastic. I'm a little sore today and it feels awesome! It's a little sad that I feel this sore after 20minutes of a light workout, but it feels good to be able to flex my muscles again. I can't wait to build the intensity.

    You look great. Good for you for getting in a small workout. Don't over do it! take your time and still do kegels. I hope you have a good time at the movies. Your baby is really cute.
