It has been over one year since I've logged any of my measurements or weight on SP.
I had been maintaining for over a year before that.
Well... Ya know what? If you get complacent about your tracking and logging, things sorta creep up on you...(sigh)
I do have better health habits but I've been slacking. And now I need to shed a bit and firm up again.
I'm still in good BMI range for my height but I don't care for the way my clothes are fitting these days. My measurements are larger than last year at this time. My stamina is lower than last year at this time. And I plan to do something about it... No more slacking.
I just completed week one of the spring boot camp. Here's to week two! I'm ready for ya!
