Hiya -- that's great! Yes, the McDougall Diet looks very interesting, I've been looking at it for a couple of days this week having a closer look at what I'm consuming. I look to food for "fuel" before an intense workout.
On the one day that I managed to go nearly maybe 97% whole foods -- I lost pounds! Yesterday however, I added some whole-wheat penne pasta and spaghetti sauce with undetermined ingredients (prob oil in it) and even though I burned somewhere close to 1000+ calories yesterday, yet my weight this morning was a bit higher.
I appreciate your feedback and like the long-term look forward. Why do you think it took you 12 days to lose one pound? I'm starting to think that the body must be making adjustments etc. w/metabolism etc. -- your thoughts?
