I found the "Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge" and hope it will help me get rid of my *very* sweet tooth.
My week 1 tasks are:
1. Assess your current sugar habits: Are Your Sugar Cravings out of control?
Result: Yes, they are out of control (way out of control I might add)!
2. List the reasons why you want to cut back.
- I want to lose weight
- I NEED to lose weight
- I quit smoking and I dont want to be addicted to sugar any longer. NO ADDICTIONS!!!
3. Record your sugar habits all week long.
I will start this today in my blog, there will be a separate post at the end of the day.
4. Learn how to earn your trophy.
I hope I can rid myself of this sweet tooth, it is destroying my weight loss journey and I want it to stop!
