*Week Three Weigh In*

Lost a pound! I am woo hoo'ing over it. I generally wouldn't be but I've been kicking myself all week over gaining 3lbs last weekend so technically, I actually gained three then lost four! I know to steer clear of kebabs at the weekend, otherwise I would have been in Onederland. Oh well...next week!! I guess that's where being a scale-oholic pays off. I've worked hard this week and if I hadn't done a few cheeky mid-week scale peeks, I would have been expecting a bigger number. Anyway, my goal is still to be in Onederland by the 15th May, so I have another 12 days to lose 2lbs. And as a reward, I'm getting my nails done, yay =)
So only a minor update to my stats this week:
Starting Weight ~ 212lbs ~ BMI-30.4
New Weight ~ 201lbs ~ BMI-28.8
My parents are having a little get together at the weekend so me and Steven are going along and I'm totally scared. This will be my first time drinking since starting Low Carb. I'm fine sticking to vodka and diet coke, but it's the food cravings that I'm afraid of. My dad's a chef and he always cooks up a little buffet which I will have to steer clear of! I know my body will burn the alcohol for fuel before anything else so I don't really wanna eat anything at all that evening because I know I wont burn it off.
Oh well, love a little challenge!
My new Low Carb friendly breakfast is 2 boiled eggs with butter, all sliced and mixed up in a cup, it's soooo good. I remember my granny used to make it for me as a kid. So I had that with some bacon today. I'm still totally in love with my Low Carb fried chicken, I'm so glad I found this recipe. I've had it for dinner every night for the last three nights and I'm intending to fry some up and take it to work with me tonight too. I love finding something, filling and enjoyable I can eat! I just realised I can eat cheese burgers aswell (without the bun) but I can have them with some salad and a little coleslaw. LOVE LOW CARB.
