This is the only place I would confess this, but after hovering around the 200 pound mark for a while, I finally hit 206 last year. This year I renewed my commitment to exercise and a better diet in January and got down to 201. I fell off the wagon in March and I am not at 203. I hit it hard last month but I am stuck at 203. This month I have decided that it is time to say good bye to 200. I will do better with my diet and and a 4th workout to my schedule.
