Breakfast. Fried egg, bacon, cauliflower hashbrowns, and avocado.
Snack. Almond joys! Homemade of course. Coconut oil, carob powder, an almond in the center, topped with coconut shavings.
Dinner. Wasn't hungry for lunch so I ate an early dinner instead. Avocado, chicken, and bacon. No I didn't eat all the chicken and bacon, but I sure as HELL ate all that avocado! Lol!!
Snack 2. Since I didn't eat dinner at my normal time, I got hungry later in the evening. The only snack available to me was some in-shell peanuts... worked for me! Had a handful. :)
