Maintenance Grr!!!

So i actually started slipping into maintenance like two weeks ago just basically crossing over and i have been keeping pretty well about how much I'm eating. Now what I'm eating is a different question. I have been eating a lot of brown wild rice and some time processed white rice. I actually dropped two more pounds in the two weeks so it is a little confusing. I discover about a month ago that i absolutely love running which is weird cause in the beginning i said that i would never run but now i do. I am actually running more than i was when i was dieting and weight losing. Like if I do not run on the days I do cardio I feel like a failure. That's odd right? Mom says I'm running too much I disagree maybe because it doesnt feel like exercise any more but more like fun and its not hard anymore. I hope i never get bored with it I love it so much too. Diet wise i have just recently been eating this 140 calorie bag of chips. But i mean like its only 140 calories is that bad opposed to a bag of potato chips which would be like 170 or 180 . I don't know

    I'm of the view that there is no such thing as maintenance. You either improve or get worse.
