dr visit

Wednesday, May 02, 2012

I may be missing some letters in this as my granddaughter has apparently been using my laptop while eating. Hpefully I catch all r mst f them. Okay, I'll work on the 'o'. Today I managed to be only 5 minutes late for my 8:15am Dr appointment today. I left 50+ minutes early but spent 40 minutes getting to the interstate which is less than 4 miles from my house!! Then the interstate had a super slow spot before I was able to exit to 95 south. After all that I spent maybe 10 minutes in the office and only a couple with the Dr. I told him my back was definitely feeling better since I started working with a trainer who has been a massage therapist for years and is now getting his physical therapy education. He did remind me that shots are available if it gets worse and I agreed that if the back did get worse then I would give him a call. I was then able to get to the store and pick up some more protein and fiber bars before getting to the gym for my water aerobics class. Now if the scale would start inching down a bit faster I would feel even better!!
