BYOP: Bring Your Own Plan

Here mine for tomorrow!

emoticon Get up early (or at LEAST on time!) so I have plenty of time to get ready in the morning.

emoticon Shower and shave.

emoticon Put on my new sun dress (so cute!) and do my hair and makeup cute.

emoticon Get to work ON TIME.

emoticon Have a filling and healthy breakfast. Several options:
emoticon 1. Eggs, bacon, tons of veggies, cheese, and potatoes. My husband calls it a "hobo scramble." He made this for dinner tonight and if there are any leftovers I'll take them to work for breakfast.
emoticon 2. Greek yogurt with granola and (maybe) *FRESH MULBERRIES*
emoticon 3. Corn chex with skim milk and (maybe) *FRESH MULBERRIES*

emoticon Prepare for the two presentations I'm giving.

emoticon Remain calm and collected throughout the first presentation (the less important one).

emoticon Kick butt on the second presentation!

emoticon Have a healthy lunch: chopped veggies, slice of healthy bread, 2 TBS spicy hummus. Kiwi and applesauce.

emoticon Go for my regular at work walk. Wearing tennis shoes with my sun dress, looking ridiculous but getting my mileage on.

emoticon Go home, take dogs out to do their business.

emoticon Change outfits and do my 28-Day Bootcamp Video as quickly as possible.

emoticon Go play board games at a new place!!

emoticon Still to be decided:
emoticon dinner for tomorrow. It will be chicken-something.
emoticon snacks for tomorrow. Do you know how happy I would be if I could get some FRESH MULBERRIES?
emoticon plans for Friday and the weekend

emoticon A bit of explanation emoticon
This afternoon one of my co-workers found a mulberry tree at work. No one knew if it was safe to eat the berries on this tree (we weren't sure what kind of tree it was at first). So I tried a berry and it was SO SWEET. So we gathered all of the ripe berries we could reach and then took them back to our desks and I looked up online what kind of tree it was. I'm pretty sure it's a mulberry tree. And I'm pretty sure that if you've never had fresh mulberries you are MISSING OUT! emoticon

You are brave eating something you are not sure about!!
They sound yummy - which is a great reward for your daring.

It sounds like you have a good plan! Good luck with the presentations - esp. the butt kicking one!
