Goal: This week, I will eat within range for 4+ days and I will track at least 3 days.
Reward: Something pretty from Etsy ($20 maximum).
Barrier: Lack of planning, laziness/tiredness, eating in front of the TV/laptop.
Success strategy: Plan, plan, plan! On Sunday, develop a flexible meal plan for the week. Spend an hour or two doing prep and batch cooking, if necessary.
