Today was a new day and I started my day with that opinion! :) I did all my normally running here there and the next place, but still said I would workout before the 2 older ones got home from school. I headed down to my treadmill and planned on only doing 25 min..... I got to watching one of my tv shows and thought you know what I am going to finish this show and do my 4 min walk 1 min run till the end! I did it! :) Yippee I am feeling good! Only down thing I was having a horrible craving for a chocolate chip cookie for the last few days so I got the 2 pack at McDonald's and ate both! AHHHHHHHH!!!! Next time I need to give one away right away! Oh well! I won't let it ruin me! I plan on riding my recumbent bike tonight anyway! I didn't even touch the high end of my calories I am still near the low end so I am okay it just wasn't the best health choice I could have made today!

    A treat is ok if you do it right, just every once in a while. So, hang in there.
