So I started an experiment yesterday. I didn't start the blog yesterday, just thought about it today actually. But I am going to experiment with doing Tony Horton's Ten Minute Trainer for a full 4 weeks, 28 days. I am in day 2 and finished up already. Tomorrow is only 10 minutes of Yoga, so I'm looking forward to that. I am also trying to work on cutting out sugar, wheat gluten and fatty foods, and most dairy. So I'm hoping to see a change fairly soon. I want to write every day, so hopefully I can stay motivated and just push through. My short term goal is to loose 13 pounds by June 6th, so I'm hoping this will jump start that. My long term goal is to loose 70 pounds within the next 12 months. I'm just really trying to stay focused and give myself a challenge, because I don't feel like I've ever really challenged myself to loose weight. So this is a challenge, an experiment that I want to keep with.
