Okay, so yesterday I blew it. I ate a bunch of sorta crap. Not the really bad stuff I normally eat, but bad nonetheless. A bunch of chips, mac and cheese, and then chocolate. the good thing is, I am back to healthy to day. and I realized I can eat pretzels with my salsa! no fat. That is my biggest problem. Fat. Sodium is next. I don't have high blood pressure, but my family does, so I am going to avoid it.
Actually, as I look at the percentages of carbs to protein to fat, the percentages are dead on correct. I just ate too much of all of them. oh well, keep on truckin'.
