Way to go Team Floyd (Me and Hubby!)

So I have been on this journey for the last three weeks and I have not been alone in my journey, nope, have had my hubby on my side the whole time. With that I would like to report that even he is truly taking on the challenge and giving up bad things as well as adding new healthier habits. He has gone two days without a soda and he has done the yoga with me every time I have wanted to, even though it is not comfortable for him. He also helped me get off the couch and obtain my 10K steps yesterday!! Together we can do this! Big progress for both of us and I am very proud.

So made my calorie burn goal, calories eaten goal and 10k yesterday! Yippee!!!

    Always great to take the spouse along for the ride. My wife just got into running about 8 weeks ago and we are now running together on the weekends. She is working so hard to get into better physical shape and has made tremendous progress. Us doing this together has brought us even closer together.

Keep up the progress...I can see a storybook ending in your future!

    It's a wonderful gift to have a supportive AND contributing spouse. It definitely makes the journey a lot more bearable and pleasant!

  That's such great news! My hubby just recently told me that he wants to get serious about his weight loss goals too. His weakness is caffine too so we are going to try and see what or how we can get him off of it slowly so that he doesn't just crash and burn out. I gave up soday last year in January and haven't looked back since. It has improved alot of things from skin, to mood, to helping in the weight loss. You both are doing a great job together. Keep it up! :)
