So I have been on this journey for the last three weeks and I have not been alone in my journey, nope, have had my hubby on my side the whole time. With that I would like to report that even he is truly taking on the challenge and giving up bad things as well as adding new healthier habits. He has gone two days without a soda and he has done the yoga with me every time I have wanted to, even though it is not comfortable for him. He also helped me get off the couch and obtain my 10K steps yesterday!! Together we can do this! Big progress for both of us and I am very proud.
So made my calorie burn goal, calories eaten goal and 10k yesterday! Yippee!!!
