My Antioxidant smoothie recipe

So take 1 cup of antioxident berries frozen from Costco
1 whole banana
1/3 cup fresh pinapple cubes
3/4 cup cranberry juice no sugar added
1/2 cup plain yogurt

blend and enjoy :)

My dd and I love it great snack or breakfast
