Atkins Diet- Induction Phase

Well, I've been on this for two weeks now and I actually feel fine. It's only been hard a few times. So far, I've dropped 5 pounds. I haven't dropped more, but my clothes are fitting better, and I have been working out a lot, with a lot of strength training. Sometimes though I'm not sure if I'm eating too many veggies though for the carbs.

    5 pounds in two weeks is awesome - extrapolated for a full year thats .... give me a minute while I do the math .... about 125 pounds, which is more than you need to lose, just for perspective.

    From my experience there might be slower periods, or even short-term stalls, but you are on the right track.

    Great! Only 2 weeks and you're nearly 15% to your goal! It will slow down from here, but on a lot of weeks you'll look and feel smaller, regardless of what the scale says, so keep on going!
