Atkins Diet- Induction Phase

Well, I've been on this for two weeks now and I actually feel fine. It's only been hard a few times. So far, I've dropped 5 pounds. I haven't dropped more, but my clothes are fitting better, and I have been working out a lot, with a lot of strength training. Sometimes though I'm not sure if I'm eating too many veggies though for the carbs.
