Enjoyed your vlog. Keep pushing yourself. I'm trying to push myself too, but today is a very tired day. I did get a good night's sleep--3 in a row!! So that's good and I'm glad I'm on track with that, but I need to get moving now and not spend so much time online. Even time doing Spark posts and reading is getting to be too much time on the computer. I did start Chair Marching, which I found on Spark, and that helps with my exercise since I'm handicapped. But I need to push myself away from the computer too. See you on here tomorrow. Keep on pushing!
