After trolling through the Sparkpages section, I'm beginning to see what a whiny baby I am! I keep getting discouraged that I can't seem to loose 10-15 lbs and there are so many people who have been struggling for YEARS and loose 100's of pounds! If I'm struggling with this measly amount, I can only imagine what they've been through! I am constantly blown away by my fellow Sparkers!

I have to realize that this isn't a race, it's a life-long journey. And sure, I may be going slower than most, but progress is still progress and every little bit counts! So long as I stay consistant and keep going, I will eventually hit my goal!

In the mean time I think I need to concentrate more on my food choices and maybe take it a little easier at the gym. I've been going 5-6 days a week now and I'm really starting to feel the toll in my energy levels! More sleep, more water, and less food!
