Day 1-2

I started diet on May 1, 2012. Last year I had started a diet and was around 395 pounds. I had lost down to 297 but got pregnant, had a setback and gained a few pounds back so round two diet started May 1 (today is May 2) and I am 328. A couple of days ago I was 332. I have started counting fat grams and I'm starting to walk a mile a day at first and then work my way up. I need support... so if anyone sees this, PLEASE help.

    I am in the same boat I need encouragment the most. And it seems that you can get that everywhere you look on this site. I started at 277, I was shocked at my weight. So shocked that I cried my self to sleep that night. If you need to chat or anything just let me know. We can do this! :)
