Awesome Morning

What an emoticon day so far :-)
*Went to my workout class last night - 1 hour of HIT training and really pushed myself
*Did my Sparkteam exercises already for the "Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge
*Ate an egg breakfast accompanied by lots of fruits
*Going to the gym after work - running on the treadmill for 45 min / 3 miles / for around 300 cals
