I am struggling to put my May goals on here. I have had a horribly emotional couple of months and it has been really hard to focus on my goals. Almost seems to impossible to meet my goals at all. But I am going to try.
~Drink 275 glasses of water this month. (I did reach this goal last month - hit 287.
~2000 Fitness Minutes (Didn't come close in April, but I know its a number that I CAN do.)
~Read 100 Days of Weight Loss everyday
~Exercise: Strength Training 3 x a week
Treadmill min. 20 minutes 2 x a week
Walk 4 x a week
So there it is....I will do my best to push through and complete my goals.
