After being on SP for a couple years now (actually the 2nd time around), I have decided that after reading all the blogs and seeing all the encouragement given that maybe I needed to blog too and that the encouragement given by all the SP family would help me as well. I lost my first 20 lbs in 2010-2011. Last summer I hurt me knee and the doctor put me off exercise for a week. Well, that week was all it took to fall off the exercise bandwagon and I hate to say that I have not been back on it since :( I do still try to monitor my food, but have been having issues recently with being overly hungry in the evenings. I have 25 more lbs. to go and I am determined to get it off once and for all!! I want to be down to 150 lbs. before my niece's wedding in July 2013. I've tried to get my husband to join me on this adventure but that hasn't gone over like I had hoped (even though he could benefit from a little weight loss too). I just need someone to be there to motivate me and help me stay focused on the big goal! Working full time, raising two kids and their after-school activities do not leave much time for exercise. I know, I'm making excuses, but I am exhausted after work and just ready to sit down and then once I do that, that's all she wrote for me :( Time to make that change in my life!!
