Okay, I have lost focus, became a mindless eater. I've stepped on the scale intermittently over the past 3 months. My weight has been up as much as 6 pounds. In the big picture this is okay, but I know I still wanted to lose 20 more to improve my health. So I am adjusting myself to be a mindful eater, I will say when I ate healtheir options, I physically felt better. It so so easy to slip into old ways and make excuses that it is easier when it really is not. It is not easier to feel like crap. So I am back on track. Are you with me. Anyone else going through this right now? They say it takes 21 days to make a habit. Well I did mindful eating for an entire year without much problem, but unfortunately have slipped back to mindless eating. I still have that voice that says, why are you eating that, sad, tired, bored. Or how many calories is tha and how many have you had today. So all I have to worry about is today. So, here goes.
