REFLECTION WEDNESDAY QOTD

What is your weight today? Did you lose, gain, or maintain? Why? What have you done well? What could you have done better? What changes will you make so that you can be more successful during the rest of this round?
**Even with TOM this week I have been able to maintain. This better than the last few months where I gained each month during this time. I have been getting 40+ minutes of exercise in every day this week. I am back to my old (newer) self and have remained quite active through out my days. I have also gotten back to tracking my food intake. This is something that I really began to slack on. I think it is very important to at least journal, as it helps me stay focused. I may not necessarily be recording in my Sp tracker, but I'm writing it down and very aware of what I am eating. I have also gotten back into drinking 10+ cups of water every day. My plan for the rest of the round is to continue tracking my food intake and aiming to stay quite active every day. I also need to continue spending time on myself every day.
