May fitness minutes goal 1500, cheer me on!!

So feeling a bit encouraged by actually surpassing my 1500 min goal for April I thought I would set the bar just as high for May. May will be tough fitness wise because it is a super busy month at DS school with the winding down of the school yr and all that comes with that he also begins t-ball and swimming lessons this month so there is less "ME" time but NO EXCUSES I will make it happen!! Also lots of family birthdays and things of that nature! Also let the party planning begin for DS 7th birthday next month!! Yikes 7 already! Where has time gone?

May fitness minutes

1 25 min arc trainer,45 min swimming pool with D
2 60 min totally toned class,10 min challenge video
3 Challenge videos day 2(10 min),3(6 min),4(7 min)
4 Went to the museum with DS (field trip) lots of walking
5 Challenge video day 5 12 min
6 bike ride, 25 min
7 Challenge video day 6
8 20 min jog/walk on treadmill, 30 min water walking
9 60 min totally toned class, 30 min bike ride
10 30 min bike ride
11 30 min zumba
12 0
13 40 min bike ride
14 75 min fitness class, treadmill.30 min zumba,30 min pool
15 20 min kettlebell video
16 60 min fitness class, 15 ST
17 60 min bike ride
18 50 min zumba class!!
19 20 miin kettlebell video
20 60 min bike ride
21 40 min bike ride
22 40 min biggest loser game, bike ride
23 60 min biking with DH
24 80 min bike (1hr in the am, 20 min evening)
25 20 min walk
26 30 min walk
27 45 min biggest loser game, zumba
28 30 min biggest loser game yoga, walk
29 25 min walk
30 30 min bike ride,
31 60 min pool walking, 30 min walk

TOTAL 1480!!! 20 min short dang it!!

    I'm with you - lets do it! That spring challenge will help our minutes too, if we just add that on to whatever else we would already do!! Congrats on April's minutes!!!
