Wow. It has been too long since I have blogged.
April was a good month. I reached my bicycling goal of riding over 500 miles. My weight loss has continued to be flat.
This month, I need to get disciplined to track every thing again.
To start the May I have been traveling, so unfortunately I have not been on the bike this week and will not get a chance to ride until Friday. So as a result of this trip, it looks like it might be tough to reach my 500 mile target this month.
This week I have been getting in time on the treadmill each day. 1 minute on the treadmill feels like torture compared to 1 hour out on the road riding my mountain bike in the fresh air.
I have a project this summer to paint the outside of my house. Somehow I need to find a way to tracking painting time (or at least time spent climbing up and down the ladder) as fitness minutes.
