Weighed in this morning and im down 2 pounds. I thought it would be more but 2 pounds a week is average healthy weightloss. I need to be happy with any loss because hey a loss is a loss and at least i didnt gain. I wish i would of taken better measurements at the beginning of this whole thing because i can feel my body changing and my pants fitting better. I might just bust out the tape measure tonight and go from there!
