Shaky, shaky

One day in, and I want out!!! lol Giving up the coffee, I think is my biggest loss. Yesterday was a bit of a drain, trying to keep head above water.
But I am determined to do this. I just have to get past the turbulence of stepping into this way of life. I know it will get better. I just have to adjust.

Day 2 using a bit of tech knowledge in handling the use of a blender not up to standards for smoothies. Thawed the strawberries this time! lol

Waiting for the Ninja, please hurry, I need you.

I guess you just have to take the bad with the good, until it is all good.

    Such a cute cat face. Why do you need to give up coffee? I thought it's good for you with the anti-oxidants in the beans.

    Actually todays fruit smoothie was rather yummy. Strawberrys, Cara cara orange, and banana, delish! emoticon emoticon emoticon

And a full QUART!! I'm drinking everything out of quart size mason jars.

    Hang in there. I have never juiced before but hear the first few days or so can be rough. Take care!

    The first couple days (or weeks) will be the most challenging, but hang in there! Constantly remind yourself of the wonderful purpose this has on your system (and believe me, your body will thank you later!)

    When you do such a drastic change and enable the body to receive solid nutrition it immediately thanks you by cleaning house.

We have 2 choices when this starts: 1)Be active and suffer 2)Rest in bed the first couple of days, drink tons of water and do morning enemas to assist the body to "take the trash out".

    Coffee is one thing I should get rid of too. Already on my second cup today and and my stomach is complaining!

    emoticon By the looks of the picture that looks like a delicious drink! I will have to make a smoothie tonight! I never have given up coffee, but I do manage to keep it to a half a cup a day so I guess that's not too bad. I try really hard not to drink soda unless it's diet rite. It has no carbohydrates, caffeine or calories. Everyone says it's basically tastes like nothing lol. Keep up the positive attitude! emoticon emoticon emoticon
