Day 88 - daily goals

Today I am going to stay in my calorie range, exercise for 60 minutes (I went on a brisk 45 minute hike this morning, so I'm nearly there), and eat when I'm hungry (not when I'm stressed).

If I can accomplish these things, I will feel awesome!!
