Often times we hit a plateau on our weight loss journey. It seems that my body is done with weight loss so it is time to change it up a bit. Therefore, a new venture it is.....
I have been wanting to do a juicing program again but working my schedule, it is difficult and challenging. So, I decided to juice my dinner. My daily food routine will include the following:
Breakfast: Trpical Shakeology with PB2
Snack: P90X bar
Lunch: Balanced nutritious meal (around 500 calories)
Afternoon Snack: Around 200 calories
Dinner: Juice
I believe that I have a great recipe for breaking the plateau and refocusing on changing my body image. I am looking forward to the results.
