Late Night Update

    I think your weightloss in a day's time is normal. When I first started, it was like you said-- much faster when you first start. I think I lost 7 pounds my first week... It's since slowed and is more gradual but I've been working on losing weight since March 11th and I lost a little over 20 pounds already... Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged!! You can do it-- we all can!
