Woo Hoo the end of the Healthy Living 100 day challenge at work with a total of 8 lbs lost. The goal was 15 lbs, but still not bad for this old girl, ecspecially since for 6 weeks of the challenge the Dr shut down my physical activity. Portion Control/ Portion Control!!
If it wasn't for this web site and what I have learned here and for the support of all the people who stop in and say hi, I probably would not have lost the 8 lbs, I would have given up. So thanks all!
