April- Looking back, Celebrating, and Moving on!

My biggest fear on April 1...that history would repeat itself! I had a great end to March and had lost some weight. I weighed in at 163....almost exactly the same as the year before. And then last year, April was the month that changed everything...I gained it all back and struggled the rest of the year!

Well, this year I held on...I moved forward...and I beat my own record...and I feel good!

I did not do as well sticking to my plan as I had hoped. Easter threw me off and I really struggled to get back on track. My lowest weights this month hovered around 158.....but I couldn't stick to it long enough to keep those numbers for more than a few days. But...I DID NOT GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT I HAD LOST! I weigh less this month than last...my ultimate goal!

So, for May, I will try to have a sharper focus...get back to the basics of what has been working for me...and I will do my best to weigh less on June 1 than I do today.

It feels GREAT to say that and actually know I have the power to make that happen...if I choose to!

Yeah for May! More fitness, more progress, more health! I am excited!
