JMBR, Week 1 Day 2 - Cardio

Am I crazy? My calf muscles and shins hurt SO badly after that! I think every muscle in my lower leg got an insane workout. The good news is the stiffness and other soreness I was feeling before doing the cardio tonight is gone now.
I DID THE ENTIRE RUNNING MAN ON THE LAST CIRCUIT!
Right now I'm just under 1200 calories for the day.
