I went to the gym today. My mp3 player was loaded with fast songs, so I kept getting reminders from the equipment to slow down to save my heart rate. haha. My absolute 2 favorite machines at the gym are the elliptical and the ab crunch machine. They are tough, but they make me feel sooo strong, and so good after completing them both. I did 3 reps on the ab machine. I did one rep with 10 pounds, one with 20, and one with 30. Hopefully, my chubby stomach will go somewhere else soon. Tomorrow will be a rest day from the gym, but another day of trying to complete plyometrics. I am also starting to do my step thing while watching tv to burn off some extra calories at night after the kids go to sleep.
Tonight I won't have much time for that though, as I have school work that has to be done for my photography course. I'm still going to do some extra really late after I have it done though, because I allowed myself 10 chicken nuggets from mcdonalds (no fries and barely any dip) and a 20 oz of pop since I haven't had any in 3 days. I did good controlling it though, and I have def. learned it's not an every day thing. I figure as long as I track it, it will be ok. :)
