Pre-breakfast WOD today was awesome, so we all took our pic by the board afterwards! Today's was:
5 muscle ups
10 KB snatches
15 SL sit ups
20 double unders
5 rounds + PU + KB + 8 SU
Pull ups with band
Now... on to the food!
Breakfast. Half of a sweet potato sprinkled with cinnamon and a drizzle of coconut milk, and a fried egg with some chicken sausage.
Lunch... teehee. You guessed it!
Snack. Trail mix! And I was "bad" today and I ate some of the mnms ;-)
Dinner. Other half of my sweet potato, a tsp of almond butter, some raisins, cinnamon, and coconut milk, all heated together and mashed into a yummy muddle of deliciousness.
