I have been really bad these last four days. I haven't slacked on my exercising but my eating has gone straight done hill. On Saturday I went yard saling with my mom. I woke up at 4am and didn't eat breakfast so around 10 I was starving. So we went to McDonalds and I got a huge meal and felt so sick afterwards. My meal ended up totaling 700 calories
Then I skipped lunch and went to visit my grandpa were I just a junk. For dinner I went to a Birthday party where Mucho Gusto Catered + ice cream cake. On Sunday Breakfast started out great but we got so busy I didn't really get to eat lunch. We went to a church get together but there was over 400 people and the food wasn't ready till 6 and we had to leave because my husband has to be in bed by 7. I felt weak and exhausted, so my husband got Burger King so I wouldn't have to try and find something in the house. I ate ao stinking much. I didn't get sick this time but I was really sluggish in the morning.
Yesterday I guess I didn't eat enough calories but I felt fine all day. Today however I had major cravings. So I had my friend go pick me up a pepsi and cheetos when she went on her lunch (we work together) plus I also had some candy that was in the Library (were I work). I am already over my calorie limit and i haven't even had dinner and I am hungry for it of course. Tomorrow is a new day and I am hopping right back on
