No gain; no loss.
My terrible, miserable, awful cold is finally going away. I still have crap in my lungs, but it's almost gone...
The semester is almost over: my last day of classes was yesterday, and I turned in my 10-page paper yesterday by email. Tonight and tomorrow I have to finish my other (MUCH shorter) paper, then I have three exams, each nicely spaced from the last. It'll be okay, I think.
After that, one more summer class, and I'm done. October diploma, and walk in May.
Over the summer, my goal is to lose at least 25 pounds. With my bf in Florida, it'll be nice to get in shape and have myself all set to go with my good habits. I'd love to establish a daily run for myself... :-)
In the meantime, I'm focusing on FOOD.
Eating it, not eating it, cooking (not ordering) it, and the like.
Tonight, I made this:
Talk about a 15-minute meal:
Put seasonings on salmon, bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Green beans and brown rice are both SteamFresh brand, take about 3-4 minutes apiece. I seasoned the green beans with dill weed, as well--if you haven't tried that, it's delicious.
Debating starting a food blog.
...on here, of course.
It'd keep me honest, keep me making dinner every night...
