I did it. I talked to the trainer at my gym about some personal training. This is the guy who I have been taking Tabata class with for the past few months so I already know that I like him and like working out with him. I don't know why I was so nervous about taking this step. So I start with him on Friday. Now I am really excited. Lately, I have felt that my fitness has plateaued (along with my weight) and hopefully this will help me break through on both of those fronts.
