I have a total of 54 days until my fiance and I participate in our first triathlon. With that we both have decided to commit ourselves to a new plan so that we could both reach a weight goal by June 23rd which is the date of the event. So with that said, I have committed myself to at least 30 minutes of exercise each and every day until June 20th. That includes taking one day off from exercise, which is our wedding date of May 19th. I also will be tracking what I am putting in my mouth each day, keeping a log of my intake. I am at 213 pounds as of today and my goal weight is 195 pounds. Well, there it is...published for the world to see....keep me accountable people...I need your help.
