Making up for a bad day!

Due to hunger and peer pressure, I had a BAD day. :/
It would have been bad, had I listened to my brain.
I made up for it!

I just biked 24 freakin' miles.
I literally walked in the door from work, said hi to hubby, and got on the bike. Biked for 95 minutes, 24 miles, more than 800 cals, and my bike crossed over 800 total miles!

So, I definitely made up for my binge - but here are todays totals:

Total in: 2000 (actually 1969, but might as well round to the painful 2)
Total out: 3300
Deficit: 1300
Steps: 6500
Sleep: 7 hrs 31 minutes, 85% efficient (still getting up in the night apparently, dang it....)
Exercise: 95 minute bike.

Okay, I don't generally do this to you guys, but...I have a TMI (Too much information) moment.....I up-ed my fiber, and MAN do I feel great!! *wink*wink*

You know, I feel like I need to starting writing more of a dear diary on here. I miss venting :)
But, not tonight. It's shower then bed for this chika! G'night!

    It's good you know what triggered you "bad" day. Hope tomorrow is better...without the 95 minute bike marathon!
