Day 21-Tired of Juicing

B cantaloupe, coconut milk

L grapefruit, apples, spinach, mesclun

D fennel, carrots, pineapple, bok choy

Well, Im not really tired of drinking juice, just of making juice! Id love for some handsome juice chef to serve it up for me...I think Mr. Wonderful has been away too long! emoticon That and the fact that I've just taken about four days off where I haven't had to do a thing. I've heard it called resting. emoticon Today was a bit different since I had to drive to my daughter's to do my resting. My granddaughter was home sick, recovering from strep throat, so we rested together. Anyway, I guess I"m feeling spoiled. I certainly do love the results I'm getting though! My weight is still dropping a bit and my arthritis pain is nearly gone. Just some remnants when I get up from having sat for a while. This is the end of week three for me. Just over a week more to go.

    I can so relate. I think if I wasn't going to the beach & didn't want to deal with the whole thing, I would have kept going. I'm still making juice several times a week. May make some RIGHT NOW! emoticon

    I bet it does get old, but then again, the results are really fantastic! When Mr. Wonderful returns I hope he's ready to do some world class pampering. You deserve it.

    I am so happy for you!!! Fabulous results, so worth doing...I am thinking on a 30 day juice feast just to feel it out..
I am sure you have had dreams that your arthritis was dissolving and you had relief.

    There are days where I feel like that too. I guess the hardest part for me is taking the time to thorough wash my blender after every session! But, I've tried to incorporate meditation when I do it (sounds a little crazy, but I'm taking advice from an author by the name of Thich Nhat Hahn)

    Those are fantastic results and I'm not surprised. I too got tired of juicing but I'm back into the creative aspect of it now.

I wish you'd extend the time period to 60 days hon. Truly.

    I am following guidelines that a fellow raw foodie and Juice feaster has set for me. The first week is just a fruit smoothie for breakfast, with normal eating Healthy of course. The second week is an addition of a green smoothie which takes over my lunch. Then 3rd week is raw salad, 4th week will be 2 snacks of raw veges and fruits. Then I will be totally away from anything processed in any way. Then I start my 2nd month working with 80/10/10

    I am just starting my trek to raw foodie. And already my first day has not been desirable. I know it's because my body is used to sugars, caffienes and various asst. I do know that the first 3 days are the worse, so I am bucking up, and preparing for the battle. I cannot wait for my juice feast. But then again, yes I can! lol Baby steps here.
It takes an amazing type of will power to do this, and I need to over power my "Goodies going to getcha" attitude. And let raw foods help me. emoticon

    Whew. Was just starting to worry. Glad you are doing fine. Sounds like a wonderful 4 day rest but I understand about wanting a chef. Boy, would I lose alot of weight that way!
And so nice to hear your arthritis pain is easing up/going away. I wonder if it will stay gone? Will keep my fingers crossed.

    what an amazing results you getting already! And I can relate to being tired of actually making juices, keep in mind, you can fall back to master cleanse recipe if you have to, just don't overdo it. You only have a week to go, you can do it!

    I love the fact that you have received health benefits and losing arthritic pain is probably the best thing I have heard today. You have stuck to your plan of four weeks - I think and that is what you have done. I am sure you are pleased with results and will look on this experience as a major event. Blessings to you.
