I have been tracking my food once again and it has reminded me of how much better I feel when I do. I have logged all of my food for today and I am good and satisfied. I have not, however, met my goals for anything except sodium and cholesterol. What do you do when you are done eating for the day, because you are full and satisfied, and you have not quite met your goals? I still have 155 calories, 8 carbs, 3 fat, and 21 protein to go. Do I find something to eat even though I'm not hungry, or is it ok to just be done. If I am to find something small to reach my goals, any thoughts as to what?
I just wondered what others did in this situation. Maybe I will get hungry in an hour or so and it won't be an issue.
