New Month, New Me Day 16

Let's start fresh with a new month. Start doing all of the things that we had set out to do last month, but just never got around to doing.

I am going to track my food better and actually start with the exercise. Starting TODAY!!!

I make this my goal of the month for May. Let's see how well we can do!
