Well, the last year has been a tough one. With the constant job application rejections I've been feeling very down so my weight has gradually crept back up due to my comfort eating too many biscuits and hot-cross buns.

However, that's over now, I've drawn a line under it and I'm back tracking my nutritian and fitness. I plan to track my food intake every day for a couple of months and then once or twice a week to keep myself on track and get rid of those bad habits I've reacquired. I will be tracking my fitness considerably longer because if I don't I tend to slack and I'm also doing a streak in sparkguys 10 minute fitness club so I need to keep it going.

I had my CT Score and angiogram a couple of weeks ago. I haven't had the results yet but I feel fine so unless I'm told otherwise I will be carry on exercising. My echo-cardiogram was normal but obviously if I get dizzy or short of breath I'll let my doctor know.
