May Goals

emoticon cardio 60 minutes 3 x a week (trying for atleast 2000 minutes this month)

emoticonST 90 minutes 3 x a week + emoticon 30 minutes of cardio on those days

emoticonlog in every day

emoticontry for once a week.. addicted to doing it every day...

Also push mow the grass once a week every week & work in the emoticonflower beds

    Wow these are impressive goals. I,ve never heard of drinking that much water before. Um, doesn't drinking too much water mess with your sodium/potassium balance?

Can't keep up, but, gonna try! It'll be fun!
The water I'm at 11 and I feel like I need a catheter. This get up and go pee thing is ...wait a second...that's burning calories...nevermind...more's STILL doing me a favour!
