-create & participate actively in the DIY Challenge beginning May 4th
-drink my water
-gradually cut back soda, goal being one a day by EOM
-ST Mon & Thurs
-Cardio at least 5x/wk
-gradually wean off the crap food and introduce more healthy foods
I think that's enough for one month. I have a tendency to go set super high standards right out of the gate and I always end up failing to meet them. So this time I'm going to set more relaxed goals, but still good things to work on. If I follow the above, I should definitely lose a few pounds this month.
