Write down your whole day's food intake in the morning or the night before. Screwing up enough times and having to rewrite it will help motivate you to stay on the straight and narrow!

Besides, you are PRE-pared, aren't you? And if you aren't, messing up that one day makes you automatically PRE-pared for the next day, right (because the food is still there)?
And if you aren't bothering to PRE-pare each day for your new way of living, you aren't really committing yourself to losing weight and keeping it off. Oh yeah, that's right, because you KNOW it takes effort to change your lifestyle. And if you aren't PRE-pared to meet a challenge (temptation) you'll probably do what is easier to do..... fail. Fail. FAIL.

    Record it in your spark tracker before you eat it so you can see the caloric total.
