So no loss for the month of April. I gained a lot though...and I don't mean weight!
fidence...friends...and good health! I started ST a few weeks ago, and I love it, but that is also when my weight really evened out and hasn't moved. That's OK though, because after 2 weeks of ST, I can already see the difference it's making.
And again...thank you to my SP friends who nominated me for a SP Motivator award!!
My finger still hurts, but I guess it's going to be that way for awhile, so I best just get use to it and quit complaining!! I didn't work out at all yesterday, my first full day off in a long time. I was just having a hard time with the stupid finger, and then the glass, oh and let's not forget the cat scratches, LOL!
So today I went to the gym, did the elliptical for a while, did some weights, and then came home and did day 2 and 3 of the Spring into Shape Bootcamp. Feeling better now!
So for May, my goals are to keep up with my cardio, strength training, and healthy eating. I'm making progress! I read a great blog last week about not letting the number on the scale define me. While this is something I already knew, it was nice to be reminded of that.
